Birthday Wishlist

Bonjour,

bis zu meinem Geburtstag dauert es zwar noch ein bisschen mehr als einen Monat, doch ich fand, dass es langsam an der Zeit war eine Wishlist zu machen. Ich werde dieses Jahr zum allerersten Mal in meinem Leben außerhalb der Ferien Geburtstag haben und werde da sogar in London auf Kursfahrt sein. Weiß noch nicht wie ich das so finden soll, haha. Aber mal zurück zu der Wishlist. Ich liebe es solche zu kreieren und da dachte ich, ich teile sie mal mit euch. Yay.  

it's still a bit more than a month until my birthday but I though that it was about time to make a wishlist. It will be the first time of not having my birthday during the holidays and I will be in London on a class trip on that day. I don't really know what to think about it yet, haha. But let's get back to the wishlist. I love to create these and I thought I'd share time with you. Yay.

I really need a new purse and I've been searching for one that I actually like for ages, so here are three.

Arts Project

Hola,

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. Mine was full of stuff for school, but that's alright because I'm looking forward to next week. Germany's first football match is tomorrow and I'm going to the Southside Festival next weekend, which will be super rad. Yes, I actually just used rad in a blogpost. 

Anyway, no more words of my life, since I should really go back to finishing my things for school. Ugh. 

One of those things is a project for my arts intensive course with one of my friends. The topic was something about drugs abuse, etc. and we shot some pictures. I'm currently editing them into a brochure, but I decided to show you those pictures, because I actually think they look quite cool. There ya go!

Youth

We are blinded by craving the attention of one single person,

Trying so hard to be an adult since we're kids

though it doesn't get easier

when we get older.

And some time when we at least expect it

we realise, we were growing up way too fast

and the years were passing by, 

without us noticing.

L'Absence De Moi

Oi folks,

it has been a while. To be more specific 2 months. That's quite a long time actually. Oooops. Well, I'm sorry. Are there any excuses? Not really, haha. 

Anyway I'm sat here in my room, at 11:25 pm on a Friday night, still hungover from last night and I'm reflecting that past two months. A lot happened. And when I say a lot, I mean a lot. I saw my two favourite bands live 3 times each, met them a few times, stayed out on a school days in some creepy ass city until 2 am to meet my favourite German rapper, had a lot of private stuff going on and lots of more things. But I don't want to bore you, haha. The next post is going to be freaking massive because I will write about all the concerts I went to in March and things like that. I'm going to start it now, I promise. Love y'all. Peace Out.

Impressive People

Good evening beautiful people,

as I'm lying here in my bed, enjoying a bit of free time I thought it was time for a new blog post. A a bit random one, but who cares.

I've been doing nothing today, but watching videos, reading and reading a article that impressed me a lot, but it's in german and I'm gonna talk about it anyway on here in the next few days. So, other topics... hm. I went to school for four hours today and it was boring as always. I'm listening to my favourite indie playlist at this second, which is on 8tracks, you should check it out:

I'm probably going to take a shower soon and then go to bed early, because I have a ten hours day of school tomorrow. I really don't want to go but it's just one and a half week until winter/ Christmas break and only 19 days to go until I'll be in London. I'm so excited for that, but I think I have mentioned it before. But now, something more interesting.

I've just watched the first episode of The Rickshaw Run by JacksGap aka Jack Harries and his brother Finn.  Those two are one of the only few YouTubers that I still can stand and who's videos I still watch. They got pretty famous since I started watching and if I'm correct, they have over 3 Million subscribers now. That might come from those two being pretty fit and entertaining, but I really like them for what they use their fame for. They don't just fly around the world for no apparent reason and go shopping, no, those two do a lot of good things. Jack and Finn do a lot of charity work. For the Rickshaw run they travelled to India with a couple of friends, including Louis Cole aka FunForLouis, who also is one of my favourites. They travelled India in Tuk Tuks to support the Teenage Cancer Trust, which is a really good cause, if you ask me. Go and enjoy those idiots and if you feel like, go and donate a bit of money for this good cause (link is in the video description)!

New URL

Hola mates!

As you probably may have noticed, I changed my url. I just really got bored of the old one and started to hate it more and more every day. The new url fits me pretty well, since concerts are my ultimate recipe for happiness and coffee pretty much gets me trough every day. I also changed the header and played a bit with the design. I'm okay with it's look, at least for now. You have to know that I'm a perfectionist when it comes to things like those. So I sat here the whole evening trough, thinking about new urls and googleing how to change this in your html to make your blog look more professional. I'm such a nerd sometimes, haha. At least Imagine Dragons kept me some company with their music during that. I'm actually going to see them live in a few days. I'm going to travel to Luxembourg with two friends for their gig their, since they're not coming to Frankfurt and the gig in Cologne was already sold out. The gig in Luxembourg is actually on a Saturday so that fits perfectly. We're going to stay there overnight in a Hotel, then travel home on the next morning. I'm looking forward so much to it! But what I'm even looking forward to even more is flying to London over New Year's with my friend Inga. Our hotel is in Camden aka my favourite place ever and we're so close to everything in the city. New Year's Eve in London is actually the coolest thing ever, not just because of all the parties, but because they have the prettiest firework ever in Westminster, check it out here. I really can't wait for it! Selfmade Hair Mask

What you need:

1 egg yolk

1 teaspoonful honey

2 teaspoonful olive oil

So today I decided to make myself a hair mask. I googled it and found some nice recipes. 

You have to mix all the ingredients and rub it into your hair, that you've dried a bit before with a towel.

You let it absorb your hair for about 30 minutes and wash it out after that. 

It smells kind of weird, but it really makes your hair softer, so thumbs up for this one!

Packing

Hey people all around the world! :)

Hope you are all fine, if you wonder I am. I finally started to do all the stuff that I have to do for school and am nearly  finished with one of the two presentations that I have to do. I still have to learn for my Spanish exam, guess I'll have to take that with me to London. I started packing today, since we'll fly there on Thursday morning. I'm on of those people that really enjoy packing for a trip. I don't really know, it's just that this is the part where I realise that I'm going to the place that I pack for. I love travelling. I haven't been to that much places, but I really want to travel the world after I finished school, probably doing work and travel, an au pair year or doing a work placement in a foreign country. 

Anyway I'm nearly finished with packing, but I feel like I forgot so much. But isn't it always like that?

Boom!

Hola mis amigos,

this is just a quick post, because I'm super overwhelmed right now. Yesterday I tweeted the following tweet after posting my new blogpost, which is below. And guess who retweeted it? The amazing Louise aka SprinkleOfGlitter. And what happened? My blog complete blew up and gained like 300 views in an hour. This is quite much for me, because as you know, I've just started it and not many people are reading it. Now it has nearly 600 views on that post, thank you so much Louise! I really appreciate it.

And now my mood just went down, because I looked out of the window and it's snowing like crazy. Like what the fuck? It's nearly April. (I wanna cry.)

But whatever.

A few minutes after Louise retweeted my tweet, the next thing happened. Ella, who is also one of my favourite YouTubers, retweeted another one of my tweets and the day before Ashton from 5 Seconds of Summer followed me, so the last two days were quite successful, I guess, haha.

Idols

Bojour,

today I'm back with a post about 'idols'. I don't really have much idols, like for me it sound so incomprehensible when people say that for example One Direction are their idols. Sure, I'm a One Direction fan, but I would never call them my idols. Idols are in my oppinion people that worked teir asses of to get where they are, fell a few times, but always got up. The only musicians that I idolize are Tyler Ward and Ed Sheeran. They've both done so much to get where they are and they're both very down to earth. Ed is such a nice person, when you meet him and he gives the best hugs. I haven't met Tyler so far, but he really inspires me with his words. He nearly gave up on music when he had his breakthrough and now he is doing what he loves and is really thankful. He always inspires me with the speeches at his concerts, here is an example from the first time when I saw him live.

The next few people that really inspire me are some YouTubers. I made my YouTube channel after I watched Caspar Lee's YouTube story video. I wasn't really sure about it but his video encouraged me to fo it. Please check it out, it's really inspriring.

Alfie Deye's YouTube Story also really encouraged me.

The next two YouTubers I really look up to are Zoe and Louise. They're both such lovely girl, but had also really rough times in the past, but now they do what they really love and that's where I want to be one day. Check their blogs out. They're in the sidebar under 'My Favourite Blogs'.

Also Louise's Draw Your Life video really brought me to tears, she's such a strong girl/ woman.

The last person is Louis. He is also a YouTuber and his Draw My Life video is a big motivation and inspiration.

I think that was it. There are also a few authors that I look up to, because that's what probably want to do one day, but that's another story. Enjoy your evening/ night!
